Connect it, step by step
Custom connectors work in Claude (Desktop and web) and in ChatGPT (web, Developer mode). You'll need a ProductClank account — credits only if you plan to spend on campaigns. Everything else happens inside your AI app.
Get a ProductClank account
Sign in at app.productclank.com with Google or email. Top up credits if you'll run campaigns or boosts; creating content and earning need none. You connect this same account to Claude in step 4.
Open your app's connector settings
In Claude: go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector (Desktop or web).
In ChatGPT: open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced, turn on Developer mode, then go back and Create a custom connector.
ChatGPT note: custom connectors need a paid plan (Pro, Plus, Business, Enterprise, or Education) on the web app — the free tier has no “add connector” option. Claude has no such requirement.
Paste the connector URL
Add ProductClank as a custom connector using the same URL in either app:

Connect and approve with your ProductClank account
Click Connect. The app opens a ProductClank login — sign in with the same Google/email account from step 1 and approve. You're granting the connector permission to:
- Create & run growth campaigns — discovery campaigns (10cr + 12cr/post found), boosts (priced by size, e.g. 200cr for 10 replies), watch quizzes (100cr per correct answer), and community content campaigns (1,000cr)
- Spend your ProductClank credits, within a daily cap you set (Profile → Connected Apps)
- Set up and run your content space — voice, topics, drafts, calendar — where nothing publishes until you do it yourself
- List new products from a URL
- Submit campaign work you post from your own accounts, to earn points, credits and Stars
- Set up your personal growth assistant and read its daily suggestions
- If you are a scout: read, claim and log your founder deals

How credits work
The connector spends from the credit balance you fund in the app. Claude never charges you directly, and every paid step is confirmed with you first.
Grow a product
Discovery campaigns are 10 to create and 12 per post found; reviewing is 2 per post, a redraft 5. A boost is priced by size: 20 per reply or quote post, 10 per like, 30 per repost or bookmark. A watch quiz is 100 per correct answer, a community content campaign 1,000. Research and results are always free.
Create content
Setting up your space, drafting, topics and the queue are free. An AI rewrite or re-score is 2, a rule you teach it is 1, a pasted brand document 5. Publishing is your own click, so it costs nothing.
Earn
Free — you're the one getting paid. Approved work lands as points and credits, or Stars in a community space, and the credits you earn can fund your own campaigns.
Buy credits at app.productclank.com. Ask Claude What's my credit balance? anytime — it reads your live balance before spending. You set a daily cap for the connector, and can revoke it, under Connected Apps in ProductClank (or disconnect from your AI app's settings). Out of credits or over the cap, a paid step simply won't run until you top up or raise it. Full table on Developers.
