Campaigns allow builders to create structured engagement opportunities with rewards for users who complete specific actions.
What is a Campaign?
A campaign is a builder-created initiative that includes:
- Reward Pool: Tokens or rewards to be distributed
- Action Items: Tasks users must complete to earn rewards
- Duration: Start and end dates for the campaign
- Participation Types: Different ways users can participate
Campaign Types
Standard Campaigns
Standard campaigns allow users to complete action items and earn rewards. Examples include:
- Follow on social media
- Sign up for a waitlist
- Share with friends
- Complete a survey
App of the Day Campaigns
These campaigns are created automatically when a builder joins an auction. The winner becomes "App of the Day" and distributes rewards to their supporters.
Creating a Campaign
- Navigate to the campaign creation page
- Select your product
- Set reward amount and distribution method
- Add action items for users to complete
- Set campaign duration
- Submit and activate the campaign
Participating in Campaigns
Users can participate by:
- Finding campaigns on product pages or the campaigns feed
- Reviewing action items and rewards
- Completing required actions
- Verifying completion (may require proof)
- Receiving rewards upon campaign completion
Reward Distribution
Rewards can be distributed in several ways:
- Per-Action: Fixed reward per completed action
- Raffle: Random selection from participants
- Weighted: Based on participation level or points
- Split Contract: Using 0xSplits for automatic distribution
