A creator team that gets paid when your ads do.
We recruit a small squad of UGC creators for your product, coach them every week, and pay them a share of the ad spend their videos drive. You pay creators for the ads that work.
- Paid on performance
- Small, hand-picked squad
- Coached every week
Most creator programs fail the same three ways.
Flat fees for videos that never spend
You pay up front for every creative, then negotiate usage rights, and most of them never earn a dollar of spend.
Hundreds of creators, one video
A big pool of creators who don't care about the product makes the same talking-head ad again and again. Ad platforms group look-alike creatives and hold back their delivery.
Nobody coaches them, so the best ones leave
Treat creators as a transaction and your top people go to brands that invest in them. You stay stuck onboarding new ones.
Performance pay, with a floor.
Creators earn from the ads that perform. While they ramp up, a guaranteed floor tells them you're betting on them.
- 01
A creator joins your squad
Hand-picked to fill a gap: a new format, a new buyer, a new market or language.
- 02
They make videos for your product
Briefed on your product and your buyers, and pushed to try new angles, not copies.
- 03
You run the winners as ads
Every video we approve comes cleared for paid use on Meta and TikTok.
- 04
They earn a share of what it drives
A percentage of ad spend for software and apps, or of GMV for e-commerce.
A floor, not a fee.
Each creator has a monthly video quota and a minimum they will earn. If they hit the quota and their commissions fall short, we top them up to the floor. Once commissions pass the floor, they keep commissions only. The goal is a squad that lives on performance.
Example: a 25-video monthly quota with a $1,000 floor. We set the real numbers with you.

How Wispr Flow runs it.
Hector Serrano, head of content at Wispr Flow, breaks down the creator program behind their paid ads: how they pay creators, find them and keep them. This page is that playbook, run for you.
From the video
- 500 to 700 new UGC ads a month, all paid on performance
- Creators earn a share of ad spend, with a floor while they ramp
- Grown from 5 to 50 creators in four months
- Run like a sales team: coaches, a weekly call, a retreat

We run the program. You run the ads.
Treat creators like a sales team: hire carefully, coach every week, reward results. That is the part most brands skip, and the part we do for you.

Small and intentional beats big.
A small squad that cares about your product out-works a pool of hundreds. It also attracts better creators, because each one gets more of the upside.

Commissions, plus a floor that shrinks.
- Commissions: a share of the ad spend (or GMV) each video drives. You only pay it on ads that run.
- Floors: we set one with you, usually $500 to $1,000 per creator a month. It only tops up what commissions don't cover, so it falls as videos start to spend.
ExamplePilot, month one: $2,000 fee + at most $5,000 in floors (5 creators at $1,000) + commissions on spend. Once each creator's commissions pass their floor, the floor costs nothing.
Prices are a starting point. Squad size, markets and ad spend set the final number.
Questions brands ask.
Who runs the ads?
You do, or your agency does, in your own ad account. We deliver each approved video cleared for paid use, and read spend per video to pay creators. If you have no media buyer, tell us on the call.
What commission rate should we pay?
We set it with you from your acquisition cost. Too high hurts your ad account. Too low and the best creators lose interest. Software and apps usually pay a share of ad spend, because sales take longer. E-commerce usually pays a share of GMV.
Which platforms?
Videos are made for Meta and TikTok ads first. Creators can also post them on their own accounts when that fits your plan.
Who owns the videos?
Paid usage rights are part of every creator agreement, so there is no separate negotiation per video.
Do we need creators already?
No. We recruit the squad. If you already work with creators you like, we bring them in first.
How fast does it start?
We aim for the first squad in about a week and first videos soon after. Creators need a few weeks of feedback from the ad account to find what works, which is why the floor exists.
Tell us about your product.
Two minutes here, then a 30-minute call. We look at your ad account and your buyers, and come back with a squad plan and a commission rate.
